Do you know your ESG from your ABC or even your CSR?
Best-in-class Environmental Social Governance performance is fast becoming a must-have for organisations hoping to attract investors; the intangible assets of a company are now recognised as key to determining the desirability of a blue chip.
But what does this mean for internal communicators; how can an IC team make ESG an engaging proposition for employees and ensure the good work carried out by an organisation is communicated effectively?
At a time when a number of organisations are committed to ESG but not producing results, we’re delighted to welcome Laura Colantuono, Internal Comms and Employer Branding Manager, International, at the global food giant Kraft Heinz to our next Sequel Presents: A Coffee With event on Thursday 15 July.
Interviewed by Nick Andrews, Sequel’s Business Development Director, Laura will share details of the ESG journey Kraft Heinz is on, a journey which includes a corporate strategy for ESG, an annual ESG report and a variety of activities and communications which involve employees across the world.
Laura, who has previously worked for the likes of Unilever and Harrods, will outline how she and her IC colleagues have approached ESG, the importance of storytelling and their plans to continue prioritising this important issue.
