Sequel once again on IC prize winners’ podium

We’re delighted to have continued our great recent winning run as our hard work has again been recognised among the major IC honours this month.

Hottest off the press is our brace of award wins in this year’s FEIEA Grand Prix Awards, from the European Association of Internal Communication.

1. Best Game Changing Internal Communication Strategy / Campaign

Our E.ON Modern Workplace pilot programme was among the winners in the category for Best Game Changing Internal Communication Strategy / Campaign. Judges said the entry, “sets a great example of why and how pilot testing should be used in any project to achieve results. Well done!”

2. Best Internal Communication Digital Platform

And that wasn’t it, as our Reporter Quarterly digital magazine for the law firm, White & Case picked up the latest in a string of awards, this time in the Best Internal Communication Digital Platform category.

Here the judges praised the “beautiful-looking, well-written publication” adding it was “a great way to connect the international audience of legal firm White & Case.”

More than 70 internal comms professionals took part in this year’s awards on 29 November – celebrating as winners or congratulating the winning entries.

Held virtually, the ceremony announced the winners of the eight strategy and channel classes, with Grand Prix Awards director, Peter Op de Beeck, hosting the event.

Sequel’s own Managing Director – and FEIEA President – Suzanne Peck was one of the speakers on the night, outlining her top three opportunities for IC in 2023.

3. Best Publication

And the Reporter Quarterly could take another title soon as it’s also among the nominees for Best Publication in the 2022 Corp Comms Awards.

Now in its 15th year, the awards celebrate excellence across corporate communications, from best media relations campaign to best community initiative.

4. The top 50 brand and corporate film producers in the UK

Elsewhere, we’re also among the top 50 brand and corporate film producers in the UK – and so says EVCOM’s 2022 list.

EVCOM, or to give it its full name, the Event & Visual Communication Association, has revived its top 50 listing, previously called Corporate 50 and run by Televisual, for the first time in three years.

The list is an important measurement of success in the sector, celebrating brilliant work by many companies. It’s compiled using the results of a survey among participating companies about their year in 2021 and uses 60 data points to assess each production business.
