More and more employees want to feel their work has meaning, that they’re contributing to a wider corporate purpose. When it works well, it drives better loyalty, engagement and productivity so no wonder leaders worldwide are taking more interest.
So are your internal communications inspiring loyalty? Are you creating a strong enough connection for people so that they know how to deliver?
More than 80% of executives believe that a strong connection to company purpose drives employee satisfaction; improves ability to transform; and increases customer loyalty
June’s aspic seminar features speakers sharing insight and experience into how they supported purpose-driven organisations.
Our first speaker to be announced is Debra Corey, a two-time author and HR leader with over 20 years’ experience. She is currently the global head of reward at Reward Gateway, previously holding roles at global organisations such as Gap Inc., Honeywell, Quintiles and Merlin Entertainment and will talk about open and honest communication – key to creating a trusting, productive and engaged workforce. She will share tips, tools and stories from her newly published best-selling book, ‘Build it: The rebel playbook for employee engagement’, why open and honest communication is important, what it is, and how companies have successfully acted in this way.
