Sequel’s Claudi Schneider is one of eight new directors co-opted onto the board of the Institute of Internal Communication (IoIC).
Claudi, a senior film producer and client manager at Sequel, will help the Institute deliver its ambitious strategy over the coming year.
Claudi has been involved with the IoIC for more than 15 years, managing the annual conference in recent years. She says: “With the unprecedented events of last year, now more than ever organisations are seeing how important connecting their people is and the vital role IC plays.
“I am passionate about internal communications, the changing shape of our industry, and also about the IoIC. I am looking forward to sharing my understanding of how IC sits within organisations and how it shapes their strategy, the bigger picture and shifting priorities. I believe my abilities to see issues visually and to convey complex messages are also important for the IoIC’s future.”
IOIC President Suzanne Peck says: “Our new co-opted board directors bring experience, energy and better diversity to our elected board at a time when shaping and delivering our strategic projects is more important than ever.
